When is ‘Enough’, really enough?

A question proposed to my mind the other day, "When do you truly know that you have done ALL that you can do or to control?" The residual pondering of this question is knocking on the door to my soul.

When you have reached the end of your rope, do you hold on, let go or reach for another's rope? I understand fully that the end of one thing is just a beginning of another... but the internal struggle for me lies in the defining quotient of effort for establishing a rationale time/state of completion.

There have been times in my life when I reached a point where I thought that I had done all that I could have - and it still wasn't good enough. And even as tough as that rationale was, it became easier to move on. But in reality, did I? Did I truly do ALL that I could? Idk. Here I am again pondering this, obviously this is because my lesson wasn't yet fully learned.

Past years have provided me with the advanced awareness that hope and options exist, even when I don't see or feel them. In this reality, we must deal with those things outside and within of ourselves through the internal means and strength capacities we possess and continue to build upon.

When do we realize or not:

When is a door really a wall?

When a detour may really be a calling?

When giving up on dreams makes them never come true?

I know that I am called to be a logical, creative, and loving being to help others. And at the same time, have the courage and humility to ask for help and guidance from others as well.. This in itself is a very great challenge for me to face.

Yep, this is the defining thought of one of those determining, crucial and somewhat very scary days...
