I believe that when learning is clear and enjoyable—and when people are taught how to understand both their thoughts and their learning—they are better able to grow with confidence and live more peacefully within themselves and with others.

It is my hope that these programs support you, or those you care for, in developing strong foundations, clear thinking, and a greater sense of peace in everyday life.

My mother always told me when we went camping as a child:

"Be sure to leave the place better than before we came."

Over time, I came to believe she meant this in a much larger way—in life itself. The ecosystem of McGrath Method, LLC is my attempt to leave this life in a better condition than when I arrived by offering tools that help others improve their own worlds.
