Presented in a two-part format, these resources explore both the practices themselves and the reasoning behind why they may support greater inner peace, emotional steadiness, clearer thinking, and overall well-being.
Participants are encouraged to experiment with these practices, adapt them to their own lives, and discover which approaches best support their personal peace journey.

PEACE Workshop Series
Think about Thinking™ has been honored to collaborate with the Global Peace Education Network (GPEN) in exploring practical approaches to peace at the individual level.
The first workshop, We Are Designed for Peace, examined the concept that human beings possess the innate capacity to strengthen peaceful states within themselves regardless of surrounding circumstances.
The second workshop, Peace is Power, continued this exploration by examining the influence peaceful states can have on individuals, relationships, communities, and society as a whole.
Together, these workshops support the broader vision of developing practical peace education resources that help individuals intentionally strengthen inner peace, emotional resilience, wisdom, and positive thought direction.
Additional facilitated presentations and discussions are currently being coordinated through GPEN.

About Think about Thinking™
Think about Thinking™ (TaT) is an expanding collection of videos, practices, workshops, and resources designed to help strengthen peaceful awareness, emotional steadiness, positive thought direction, and personal growth.
Current TaT resources include videos and practices focused on helping individuals better handle emotionally loaded states such as loneliness, overwhelm, anger, discouragement, and despair — while also strengthening calmer, more positive and constructive patterns of thought.
Additional materials explore ways to:

transform emotional direction
mentally unplug and reset from stress
reconnect with higher levels of self-awareness
