The CENTER TaT workshop supplies many proven Positive Practices to better handle life. When used together, they strengthen the ability to CENTER or rather, reach a resting space of physical, emotional and thinking calmness for obtaining more mental clarity. This is especially helpful for those that are challenged with attention issues. Be sure to have a comfy cushion, pen and paper and candle to light (if you want) when you attend.
